1. Can I place an order? Will RageOn ship the package?
Yes, RageOn! Production and shipping are currently continuing. We are excited to help save lives with face masks!
However, due to CoViD-19, some delivery times may be longer than usual and face mask products will be prioritized. You can find updated production and shipping times on the product detail page for each item. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).
Our teams are working to ensure availability of these products, and continue to bring on additional capacity to deliver customer orders. We're continuing to ship all available product types in our offering, but some products may currently take longer to produce and ship than others.
Our customer support team is available 24/7 to answer any questions that you have and our response time in most cases is 3 hours or less. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this pandemic.
