There are some items that we simply cannot refund or exchange as they our outside of our policy and you can find those below.
We will not process returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for the following:
- Custom Products -- meaning any user-created product that cannot be restocked.

- Products that have been worn, emit an odor, and/or are not in their original condition.
- Orders which have been delivered for longer than a 14-day period.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, swimwear or Gift Cards
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This may include but is not limited to: any item not in its original condition, and items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Please email us at support@rageon.com and our Customer Service team would be happy to assist you with any questions that you have.
Mystery and Festival Packages:
With our Mystery and Festival Package deals, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns. While the shirts are picked by our staff at random, we guarantee that you will not receive two of the same shirts per pack. If you need help with sizing, you may view the following link to our size chart:

Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your return/exchange once received.
